Withdrawal Rights

Last updated: July 2026

This page applies to consumers in the EU/EEA and the United Kingdom. If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a paid Snugload subscription within 14 days after purchase, without giving a reason. (Business/professional users and users outside these regions may not have this statutory right, though our Terms still apply.)

Immediate access to digital services

Snugload is a digital service. If you ask us to begin providing paid digital features immediately during the 14-day withdrawal period, you may be asked to expressly consent to that immediate start and to acknowledge that, once the service has been fully performed, you may lose your right of withdrawal — and that if you withdraw during performance, you may owe a proportionate amount for the service already provided, as permitted by applicable law.

How to withdraw

To withdraw, send a clear statement of your decision to iezhugan@gmail.com, including the email address used for your account and the purchase date. You may use any clear written statement; a specific form is not required.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are returned through the original payment method, subject to any proportionate deduction described above. Payment processing and invoicing are handled by Stripe, and refunds may take a few business days to appear depending on your payment provider.
